Sean Drea (IRL) won the Henley Royal Regatta Diamond Sculls three years in a row (1973-1975)

and the M1X silver medal at the WRC Nottingham 1975. At the Olympic regatta Montreal 1976

he came forth in the M1X final behind P. Karppinen (FIN), P.M. Kolbe (GER) and J. Dreifke (GDR).

The O'Donovan brothers also won the LM2X

  gold medal at the ERC Brandenburg 2016
