CC GBR 1929 GODFREY PHILLIPS "Olympic Champions Amsterdam 1928" No. 34 - H. W. G. Wright Jr. (CAN)
H. W. G. Wright Jr. won the 3rd preliminary M1X heat against NED and his
intermediate race against ITA, then lost the quarterfinal against GBR. In
the ranking table he was placed 5th overall among 15 competitors. He also
competed with his partner Jack Guest in the M2X event and won the silver
medal.
The Sloten course, about 15 km from the city centre, allowed only two boats
to race abreast in each race.

at Henley Royal Regatta in 1948 and 1952.
